THE ORDER OF ACCESSION TO THE ORDER OF STURGEON BREEDERS
To become a member of the Union, the heads of enterprises and organizations, in accordance with the Rules and Procedures apply with the application of the established form to the Director General of the Union with a request to accept the enterprise or organization as a member of the Union.

The General Director of the Union prepares an opinion on the appeals received and at the same time as the materials received, submits them for consideration to the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
The decision to accept or refuse to accept enterprises, organizations as members of the Union is taken by a simple majority of the members of the Board of Directors of the Union of their total number. On the adopted decision of the Board of Directors of the Union, the enterprise or organization is notified by the Director General of the Union within 3 working days after the decision is taken.
The applicant must within 30 days from the day the decision of the Board of Directors on admission to the membership of the Union was made to pay an entrance fee of 45,000 rubles, while in the first year of joining the Union, only the entrance fee is paid.
The amount of the subsequent annual membership fee is 45,000 rubles, which is paid by the member of the Union no later than 30 days from the date of notification of admission to the Union.
Scientific state organizations that join the Union are exempted from fees.
The date of entry into the Union is the date of receipt of the applicant’s entry fee into the settlement account of the Union.
An enterprise or an organization adopted by decision of the Board of Directors as a member of the Union acquires all rights specified in the Charter and other documents adopted by the General Meeting and the Board of Directors and receives the relevant Certificate of membership in the Union only after paying the entrance fees in the prescribed amount.
Certificates of the established model confirming membership in the Union are issued under the signature of the Director General of the Union within 10 days after receipt from enterprises and organizations of their entrance fee.
After the issuance of the Certificate of membership of an enterprise or organization within the Union, they are entered within 24 hours into the Register of Members of the Union.
Enterprises and organizations that have received refusal from the Board of Directors to accept them as members of the Union have the right to appeal such a decision by means of an appropriate appeal to the General Meeting of the Union’s members. Written appeal is sent to the Director General of the Union within a term not later than one month before the General Meeting of the Union members.
The decision of the General Meeting of Members of the Union on the application of an enterprise or organization on its admission to the Union is final.
